It helps if you include:
- Which puzzle you were playing (for example, Daily Nonogram #12 or Unlimited 15×15).
- Your device and browser, such as "iPhone, Safari" or "Windows, Chrome".
- What you expected to happen and what happened instead. A screenshot is ideal.
We usually reply within two working days.
